AdTiming is a precision advertisement placement platform that serves mobility application developers in both growing their user base via advertising and monetizing via advertising. It is a burgeoning new niche in the tech industry that will become an established necessity.

We run a comprehensive 3-week training program that will introduce you to the history and trends of the modern-day advertisement industry. We will also share with you the company’s business model for you to completely understand what we do. We will equip you with the essential practical skills required to succeed in the business development role. Our program is also designed to provide you a holistic understanding of who you are and the techniques for you to realize your value.

The business development department is an exciting branch of the company that establishes and maintains the international partnerships of the company. Therefore, proficiency in English is a solid requirement.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelors & above, preferably elite institutions of the world including China. Open to final year students.
  • International experience, preferably 5 years or more.
  • Good mastery of English and basic Mandarin, additional languages are an asset.
  • Work experience is an asset, but not a necessity.
  • Commitment towards excellence.


Responsibilities after training:
  • Business Development/Client Acquisition.
  • Securing partnerships.
  • Maintaining Relationships.


Salary:
Expect the total income (Salary + Commission + Bonus) in your first 12 months to be 300k – 500k (30-50万). Expect to double in the subsequent 12 months.
