Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for answering customer inquiries, follow-ups, and propelling deals;
2. Attend international calls and meetings with overseas clients;
3. To participate in projects' research and discussion phase with the ability to deliver opinion and suggestions based on customer needs;
4. Develop strategies, marketing plans and proposals based on the market research, company materials and clients requirements;
5. Be responsible for in-house communication with relevant departments;
6. To coordinate online campaigns' implementation, and formulate management plans;
7. To follow up the progress of each project and make sure the communication goes smooth with customers and executive departments;
8. Assist with company's western social media management, regular publications and account management.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English writing and speaking ability is required;
2. Business English and professional email communication skills;
3. Chinese language proficiency not below HSK 5; 3. Medium level of international and Chinese cultural knowledge;
4. Basic MS office skills - Word documents, PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheets + Google Docs/Sheets are the minimum requirement;
5. Willingness to take responsibilities of managing project;
6. Ability to multitask, time-management and fast-learner skills;
7. Creativity, ability to find and improve aspects that require optimization;
8. Basic understanding of the Chinese marketing channels (Social Media, Search Engines, PR, etc) would be a great benefit;
9. Familiar with Western social media platform’s interface (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and interested in learning about the organic and paid ads.
