- Overall support to the Internal Communications team in a wide variety of communications and Cast engagement related projects and events
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams
- Provide support and develop content for a wide range of traditional and digital communications platforms
- Assist the English editorial and language services function of the Public Affairs team
- Office administration related work will also be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 work days per week
- Commit to a minimum of 6 months
- Native English speaker
- Mandarin Chinese a big plus
- Previous internship experience in multi-national companies preferred
- Liberal Arts Major in Journalism Communications Public Relations Media Marketing
- English or International Studies preferred
- Strong interest to pursue a career in Communications Public Relations or Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of design or graphic software a big plus
- Photography and videography skills also a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills is a must
- Good team player and a quick learner
