"The successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of internal communications in the public affairs function, and will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a heavy focus on team and stakeholder collaborations, reporting to Associate Manager, Internal Communications."

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall support to the Internal Communications team in a wide variety of communications and Cast engagement related projects and events

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams

  • Provide support and develop content for a wide range of traditional and digital communications platforms

  • Assist the English editorial and language services function of the Public Affairs team

  • Office administration related work will also be assigned as needed


 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 work days per week

  • Commit to a minimum of 6 months

  • Native English speaker

  • Mandarin Chinese a big plus

  • Previous internship experience in multi-national companies preferred

  • Liberal Arts Major in Journalism Communications Public Relations Media Marketing

  • English or International Studies preferred

  • Strong interest to pursue a career in Communications Public Relations or Marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Word Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of design or graphic software a big plus

  • Photography and videography skills also a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills is a must
