Beijing Guoke Huanyu Technology Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. It is a legal corporation registered in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Before its establishment and reconstruction, the group was a wholly-owned subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise under the former State Planning Commission. In 2007, following the principles of the State Council’s relevant industrial administration, Guoke Technology Group was listed as a stock holding corporation by all the relevant ministries and commissions. In 2014, the company underwent a major asset reorganization. In 2019, after restructuring, Guoke Technology Group became an incorporated firm administered by a Hong Kong proprietary company with an account in US dollars.
